All orders are handmade to order and packed with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all orders. This service usually delivers within 1 working day from dispatch.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.

Local Collection

Free local collection is available from our shop in Grange-over-Sands. Select this option at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Delays

While Royal Mail 24 is a speedy service, occasional delays may occur, especially during peak times. We cannot control postal delays but are always happy to help if something seems off with your delivery.

Missing or Damaged Parcels
